Delivered internationally through adopting content online. This reinforced the alignment with the Company core values and desired behaviours and normalised these into everyday working culture of the teams • Proposed and project-managed the expansion of internal learning and development portfolio to our Interactive Platform (Moodle) and intranet (SharePoint). Introduced and content-managed Knowledge Hub to encourage information sharing and staff engagement. • Redesigned all Company Induction materials with support of all levels of stakeholders.
