Today, she serves as an expert on women’s health, weight-loss and nutrition for “CNN Daily News,” “The Dr. Oz Show” and “Good Morning America.” She is the author of “What Doctors Eat” and “The 21-Day Belly Fix.” Alpharetta’s family-friendly focus made it a perfect match for her practice expansion and the reception has been nothing short of congenial. “Not only have we seen an amazing response with patients coming through our doors, but other small business leaders in the community have been incredibly welcoming. We couldn’t have asked for a better community to join,” Bhatia says. As a mother of two, she appreciates the neighborhood’s emphasis on families and plethora of activities. Her husband and her particularly enjoy spending time outdoors at Alpharetta parks and on the Big Creek Greenway trail with their children. “There is so much to love about the area! I love anything at Avalon! I enjoy the shopping and outdoor eating—who doesn’t love Mexican at The El Felix,” Bhatia says.
