Family Fiesta Night, May 4, 2017 Head Start’s third annual Family Fiesta Night held at Jamestown Elementary School on May 4th was another huge success. Families gathered for this free event enjoyed an evening of entertainment, craft projects for kids, a free dinner, a variety of give-aways and useful information about services provided by over fourteen community partners. Originally funded through Tuolumne County Behavioral Health, ATCAA ‘s Head Start program and Jamestown Elementary work together to provide a positive atmosphere to promote family bonding and share cultural differences.

An estimated 123 people attended this family-friendly event. A huge shout out and thank you to Jamestown Elementary School, all of our wonderful community partners, staff from Jamestown Head Start and Early Head Start and to Patty Aguiar and Terri Alford for pulling it all together.

A Message From The Principal Family Fiesta Night is a well received and well organized event and we look forward to it each year as it grows in participation and popularity. It is wonderful to see the students, their peers and their families connect. Staff and parents are always eager volunteer. We love working with the staff at ATCAA and are fortunate to be a part of this annual event.
