ATM Resource Center User’s Guide - Exhibitors We are grateful for your partnership and excited about the launch of the new ATM Resource Center! As a 2021 Sponsor-Exhibitor, your organization will be prominently featured after you set up your page. To get started, you’ll need to claim your listing and upload the assets and content you would like to display. Please complete your set up as soon as possible so that you will have the most visibility during our launch period. Claim Your Listing 1. Go to https://solutions.atca.org/login-register/ 2. On the top menu bar, click “Access Sponsor Account” a. Log In with the login credentials provided to you. Update Your Company Page 1. After logging in, from the dashboard click on “My Company” 2. On the Exhibitor Info section, click on “Edit” 3. Update each field a. For Exhibitor description, you can change the styles and format of the text, include a link or you can code an HTML markup with it 4. Upload your logo. It is recommended to upload an image with a size of 210px by 120px or an image with an aspect ratio of 16:9 so that it will be displayed properly on the platform. a. After choosing an image, click the crop icon to crop the logo to match the dimensions of the displayed image 5. Check categories from the list a. Request a category if you believe there should be an additional category 6. Click on “Save” ADDING CONTENT Content can be added to your page to provide additional information about your company. Create Call To Action (CTA) Buttons 1. Expand the Call to Action Buttons section 2. Click on “Add Button” 3. Enter your CTA text 4. Enter the target URL 5. Select background color for the button 6. Select font-color for the button text 7. Click on “Add” button and repeat above steps for additional buttons 8. Click on Save


Editing Call To Action (CTA) Buttons 1. Expand the Call to Action buttons section 2. Click on the edit link 3. Update the display text 4. Update the target URL 5. Update the background color for the button 6. Update the font-color for the button text 7. Click on Save 8. Connect LIVE with Zoom - VIDEO HERE 9. Deleting Call To Action (CTA) Buttons 1. Expand the Call to Action buttons section 2. Click on the edit link 3. Click the red x beside the CTA button you would like to delete 4. You will see a confirmation message asking you if you are sure you want to delete the said button as it can not be undone. 5. Click on Delete Reordering Call To Action (CTA) Buttons 1. Expand the Call to Action buttons section 2. Click on the Reorder Buttons 3. Rearrange the buttons to the desired order 4. Click on Done Uploading Videos 1. Expand the Videos buttons section 2. Click on the “Add” button 3. Click on “Choose File” and browse and select an MP4 file 4. Enter the video title 5. Enter video description 6. Click on Choose Thumbnail - There are two ways to do this a. From the video i. Play the video and scrub through the video to select the thumbnail to use ii. Click on Capture Thumbnail iii. It will display the image you captured iv. Click on Set Thumbnail b. Upload image i. Select a file you want to use as the thumbnail for the video ii. It will display the image you uploaded


iii. Click on Set Thumbnail 7. Click on “Save” 8. Click on the “Add Video” button and repeat the above steps to add additional videos Edit Videos 1. Expand the Videos buttons section 2. Click on the edit video link 3. Click on upload new video 4. A message will be displayed asking if you would like to replace the existing video 5. Click on OK 6. Click on “Choose File” and browse and select an MP4 file 7. Enter the video title 8. Enter video description 9. Click on Choose Thumbnail - There are two ways to do this a. From the video i. Play the video and scrub through the video to select the thumbnail to use ii. Click on Capture Thumbnail iii. It will display the image you captured iv. Click on Set Thumbnail b. Upload image i. Select a file you want to use as the thumbnail for the video ii. It will display the image you uploaded iii. Click on Set Thumbnail 10. Click on “Save” 11. Click on the “Add Video” button and repeat the above steps to add additional videos Reorder Videos 1. Expand the Videos buttons section 2. Click on the Reorder Buttons 3. Rearrange the videos 4. Click on Done Deleting Videos 1. Expand the Videos button section 2. Click on the edit video link 3. Click on Remove Video 4. You will see a confirmation message asking you if you are sure you want to delete the said video as it can not be undone. 5. Click on Delete


Uploading Photos 1. Expand the Photos section 2. Click on “Add” 3. Select or Drag and drop multiple photos 4. Enter a caption for each photo 5. Click on “Save” Editing A Photo 1. Expand the Photos buttons section 2. Click on Edit photos button 3. Select or Drag and drop multiple photos 4. Update caption for each photo 5. Click on Save Reordering Photos 1. Expand the Photos buttons section 2. Click on the Reorder Buttons 3. Rearrange the photos 4. Click on Done Deleting A Photo 1. Expand the Photos buttons section 2. Click on Edit photos button 3. Click on the Remove Photo link under the caption of the photo you would like to delete 4. You will see a confirmation message asking you if you are sure you want to delete the said photo as it can not be undone. 5. Click on Delete Uploading Files 1. Expand the Downloads section 2. Click on “Add File” 3. Click on “Choose File” 4. Select a file to upload 5. Enter the title 6. Enter description 7. Click on “Save”

Editing Files 1. Expand the Downloads section 2. Click on “Edit File” button


3. Update the title 4. Update description 5. Click on Save Reordering Files 1. Expand the Downloads section 2. Click on the Reorder button 3. Rearrange the files 4. Click on Done Deleting Files 1. Expand the Downloads section 2. Click on Edit File button 3. Click on Remove File 4. You will see a confirmation message asking you if you are sure you want to delete the said file as it can not be undone. 5. Click on Delete Manage Products or Services 1. From the Dashboard, click on “My Products” or “My Services” 2. Click on “Add New Product / Service” 3. Enter information for the product or service 4. Click on the “Upload Image” button for Product Feature Image. Add videos, photos, or files that are product or service-specific the same way they are added to your company page Manage Account Settings 1. Changing account name and email a. On the Dashboard or the sidebar, click on Account Settings b. This will show currently used Name and Email Address c. Click on Edit d. Update your name and email address e. Click on Save 2. Changing password a. On the Dashboard or the sidebar, click on Account Settings b. This will show currently used Name and Email Address c. Click on Edit

Enter the current password on the first password box Enter the new password on the second password box Re-enter the new password on the third password box Click on Update Password

Update Account Status 1. Click the “My Account” button on the header 2. Once on the ‘Account Settings” page, click “Edit” 3. Supply information in all of the fields 4. Under “Account Status”, select DRAFT or PUBLISHED a. Draft - select this option if your information and content are not yet complete. This will hide your company information until you’re ready to publish it b. Published - select this option when you’d like to display all the added content for your company on the platform 5. Click the “Save” button Featured Content Request Featured Content 1. Go to “My Dashboard” 2. Click “My Featured Content” icon 3. If Admin has not enabled any positions, you can: a. Request Access i. If they wish to request access, they are directed to a request form. This will notify the association of your interest to feature your content. ii. A success confirmation will be displayed b. Learn More about this feature by clicking on “Learn More About Featured Content” Adding Featured Content 1. Go to “My Dashboard” 2. Click the “My Featured Content” icon 3. If featured content has been enabled, you can begin adding featured content by clicking the “Add Featured Content” a. Can also request more positions or renew 4. Exhibitor is first prompted to choose where they want to link to 5. Options will be any company pages, products, or services that they have listed, as well as a ”Custom URL” option 6. Once chosen the remaining details are available: a. Headline b. Featured Image (can upload from pc or choose from the library) 7. Click “Save” 8. Upon saving, a preview popup will appear and you can choose to:


a. Publish b. Save Draft c. Keep Editing 9. Choose Publish Save Featured Content as a Draft 1. Go to “My Dashboard” 2. If featured content has been enabled, you can begin adding featured content by clicking the “Add Featured Content” a. Can also request more positions or renew 3. Exhibitor is first prompted to choose where they want to link to 4. Options will be any company pages, products, or services that they have listed, as well as a ”Custom URL” option 5. Once chosen the remaining details are available: a. Headline b. Featured Image (can upload from pc or choose from the library) 6. Click “Save” 7. Upon saving, a preview popup will appear and you can choose to: a. Publish b. Save Draft c. Keep Editing 8. Choose Save Draft Editing an Inactive Featured Content 1. When your featured content expires, it will no longer be displayed on the platform 2. If you try to edit an inactive item, you are prompted to contact an admin. 3. Click the “Contact Admin” button 4. This will link to a contact form Add more Featured Content beyond what is allowed 1. If you try to add more content beyond what you have been allowed to have, you will be prompted to request more. 2. Click “Request More” button 3. This will link to a contact form Featured Content under My Company 1. Go to “My Company” > “Feature This Page” section 2. Click “Feature This Page” button a. If you do not have this enabled, there will be a short description of the program. b. You can click on the “Request” button to request for the functionality to be enabled for your account i. Fill out the form c. You can click the “Learn More” button for additional information 3. Click “Get Started” 4. If the current page has an active featured listing, it will be displayed 5. If you click the “Edit” button, it will take you to the edit page


View your page analytics 1. Go to “Dashboard” and click on “Reports” a. Here you can see custom reports on how attendees are interacting with your content.
