SMaRT Future s is a friendly workplace where you can get star ted on building up your confidence and experience and brushing up you r skills. Don’t wor ry, you won’t be thrown in the deep end, you’ll have your line manager to suppor t you and the more exp erienced workforce member s will help you out too.
How long does the training last?

Depending on whe re you are working, you cou ld be: • Preparing food for a catering event hap pening that evening • Ser vicing a car for one of our private or fleet customers • Processing invo ices for the finance departm ent. If you’re working a full day you won’t get bor ed – you’ll have a chance to do different tasks throughout the day.
Anything between three and 12 months depending on what you need.
Is it for me? If you’ve been out of work because of mental health problems or other disadvantages and are receiving support from mental health services, for example, your community mental health team or GP, SMaRT Futures will support you to get back to work.
The only thing we ask of you is that you want to work.
