GETTING THERE We would encourage conference attendees to use the most sustainable mode(s) of transport where possible.

BY TRAIN/ STATION SHUTTLES Bath Spa railway station is the principal railway station serving the city of Bath, and is served by Great Western Railway, as well as South West Trains and CrossCountry. It is situated on the Great Western Main Line and connects to the Wessex Main Line via Bradford-on-Avon. Shuttle buses will be running between the train station and the University for registration, and then from the University to all hotels (orange route). The shuttle bus from the station to the University will take approximately 10 minutes, and the shuttle from the University to the hotels should take between 10-15 minutes depending on which hotel you are going to. We are also planning to offer a shuttle service from the train station to all hotels (green route), so delegates can check in at the accommodation and then register for the conference later on Sunday before for the Informal Dinner or on Monday morning before the first session starts. Please see full schedule below, this is subject to change. An updated schedule will be sent out with the joining instructions and will be available on the website closer to the event.

N.B. If you are planning to attend a conference excursion, or arrive in time for the Informal Dinner on Sunday night, please allow for the shuttle/ connecting train time when planning your journey. If you take a shuttle bus to your hotel from the station, and you are joining an excursion, you do not have to go to the university to register, you will have the opportunity to register on Sunday evening or Monday morning. For train times, visit National Rail Enquiries.
