Breastfeeding causes hurmat-e-musaharat (invalidating marriage) and not the donating of blood. So, you can get married to her.

Allah subhanahu ta’ala counted those who suppress their anger and forgive others among the mohsineen the benefactors as He says “Those who spend (in the cause of Allah) during ease and hardship and who restrain anger and who pardon the people - and Allah loves muhsineen.” [Surah Ai’Imran-Ayah 134] Allah’s apostle (saws) said: “The strong is not the one who overcomes the people by his strength, but the strong is the one who controls himself while in anger.” [Sahih al-Bukhari- 6114] In the same way it is also narrated in a hadith that once a companion of prophet (saws) greeted him but he did answer to show his anger.
