PRAIRIE SKIES PUBLIC LIBRARY WILL BEGIN ANNUAL MEMORIAL BOOK PROGRAM The Prairie Skies Public Library District is, again, sponsoring a ―Books with Bows‖ campaign this year. This special memorial and honor book program offers a unique way to remember family, friends, and teachers during the holiday season. A display featuring books of all types will be at both locations Ashland and Pleasant Plains. Individuals will participate by selecting a ―Books with Bows‖ title and then donating the listed price. The library will place a personalized bookplate, commemorating the honored person, inside the book‘s cover. The library will send a card to the person or person‘s family named by the donor. The program will begin Nov. 29, the Saturday after Thanksgiving. It will end on Christmas Eve. For more details, contact one of the Prairie Skies Public Library sites.
