PLEASE NOTE FOR SAFETY REASONS THE ASSEMBLY OF THIS UNIT REQUIRES TWO PEOPLE. BASE INSTRUCTIONS A FIRM, LEVEL ,FLAT SURFACE IS REQUIRED AS A BASE FOR THIS UNIT SUCH AS CONCRETE OR FLAGS. - MINIMUM BASE MEASUREMENT FOR GLADIATOR IS 2400W*2635L

TOOLS REQUIRED - POSI-DRIV SCREWDRIVER (POWER DRIVER RECOMMENDED)

- 6mm DIA MASONRY DRILL - 13mm SOCKET SPANNER (FOR ANCHOR FIXINGS)

- A TUBE OF ALL WEATHER SEALENT SUITABLE FOR STEEL AND CONCRETE.

DOOR ALLIGNMENT & ANCHORING OF UNIT

IT IS IMPORTANT TO CORRECTLY LEVEL THE UNIT USING THE PACKING PIECES PROVIDED, ONCE ASSEMBLY IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE INSTRUCTIONS OVERLEAF IS COMPLETE AND PRIOR TO FIXING THE UNIT TO THE GROUND.

- SLIDE THE PACKING PIECES UNDER THE CORNERS OF THE UNITS BASE AS REQUIRED UNTIL AN EQUAL GAP HAS BEEN ACHIEVED AROUND THE DOORS ALLOWING FOR THEIR SMOOTH OPERATION & ALLIGNMENT.

- DRILL THROUGH THE EIGHT HOLES IN THE BASE OF THE UNIT USING 6mm DIA MASONRY DRILL TO A DEPTH OF 70mm. - SCREW IN THE ANCHOR FIXINGS. (THESE HAVE A SELF CUTTING THREAD)

IF NOT ANCHORING THE UNIT USE THE SELF SEAL PLUGS TO BLOCK THE FIXING HOLES (FIT FROM UNDERSIDE)

REAR BASE POSITION REAR FLOOR '13' & FRT FLOOR '14' - 13 AS SHOWN ENSURING HOLES ARE ALIGNED FIT ALL SCREWS IN THE VERTICAL FACE. FRONT BASE - 14 POSITION FLOOR COVER STRIPS '23' AS SHOWN FIT THE REMAINING SCREWS IN THE TOP FACE OF FLOOR CVR CHNL THE JOINT. - 23 (X2)

POSITION RH FRONT SIDE '12' UP TO BASE AND RH REAR SIDE AS SHOWN. FIX PANELS ALONG THE BASE JOINT AND THROUGH THE REAR SIDE JOINT FIRST (SEE DETAIL) THIS WILL ENABLE YOU TO THEN FIX THE SIDE COVER PLATE'22' AS INDICATED WITH THE REMAINING EIGHT SCREWS FOR THE JOINT

WHEN CORRECTLY POSITIONED THE PANELS SHOULD SLOT INTO THE CUTOUTS ON SIDES AND FASCIA (SEE DETAIL) AND FIXING HOLES SHOULD BE ALLIGNED.

POSITION PRE-ASSEMBLED FRONT TOP PANELS OVER THE REAR TOP PANELS AND FRONT SIDES AS SHOWN.

PRIOR TO FITTING REMAINING ROOF PANELS IT IS IMPORTANT TO RUN A BEAD FOF SEALENT ALONG THE FULL LENGTH OF THE CENTRAL JOINT.

PRIOR TO FITTING THE REMAINING SIX SCREWS IN THE HORIZONTAL JOINT IT IS NECESSARY TO POSITION THE FRT - BACK TOP COVER CHANNEL '24' AS SHOWN, THUS HIDING THE POINTS FROM THE PREVIOSLY FITTED SCREWS, THE REMAINING SCREWS HOLD THE CHANNEL IN PLACE.

FIT SCREWS IN THE VERTICAL JOINT FIRST ENSURING THAT THE FRONT, BACK AND TOP OF THE ROOF SECTIONS FIT FLUSH TOGETHER ON ALL FACES, IN TIGHTENING THESE SCREWS A SEAL SHOULD BE MADE ALONG THIS JOINT.

LH REAR TOP PNL PRIOR TO FITTING THE LH REAR TOP PANEL '1' & RH REAR TOP PANEL '2' TOGETHER ALONG WITH THE TOP FRONT TO BACK COVER -1 CHANNEL '24' AS SHOWN IT IS IMPORTANT TO RUN A BEAD OF ALL WEATHER SEALENT THE FULL LENGTH OF THE JOINT FROM FRONT TO BACK. RH REAR TOP PNL -2

INSTRUCTION RUN A BEAD OF SEALENT ALONG THE CONTACT EDGES OF THE TOP SHROUD. LIFT THE SHROUD ONTO THE ROOF ALIGNING THE FIXING HOLES BOTH IN THE, BOTH IN THE ENDS AND ALONG THE LENGTH OF THE ROOF. SCREW IN POSITION.

FIT THE 25mm DIA GROMMETS TO THE FRONT SIDE PANELS (THESE ARE CABLE ACCESS POINTS IF REQUIRED)

REPEAT PROCESS WITH RH DOOR '20'

POSITION LH DOOR '19' (NON LOCKING DOOR) SO THAT THE HINGES ARE ALLIGNED WITH THE THREADED FIXING HOLES, SCREW IN POSITION.

WE ADVISE THAT YOU USE HAND HELD DRIVERS RATHER THAN POWER DRIVERS WHEN FIXING THE DOORS . IT IS IMPORTANT TO SUPPORT THE DOORS AT ALL TIMES WHILST FITTING THE SCREWS TO ENSURE CORRECT ALLIGNMENT.

POSITION THE PRE-ASSEMBLED SHELF AT THE DESIRED HEIGHT ALIGNING THE CLEARENCE HOLES IN THE SHELF BRKTS WITH THE CORRESPONDING SCREWS. (TWO PER BRKT) REMOVE THE SCREWS AS REQUIRED AND REFIT FIXING THE SHELF BRKTS IN PLACE. (SEE FIG 5 BELOW)
