Introduction to EFFEXPO EFFEXPO is a Sri Lankan consulting practice that partners with SMEs (Small and Medium Enterprises) to provide a broad range of personalised accessible consulting support from product market and supply chain strategy to managing employee lifecycle.

C. Lean Six Sigma • “Six Sigma” is a statistical term that measures how far a given process deviates from perfection.

• “Lean” is a management philosophy focussed on the reduction of 7 wastes (Muda).” Lean Six Sigma” is the data driven approach to eliminate waste using statistical information and analysis.
