Accessibility Map & Guide 2026 Ascot Racecourse is proud to provide an accessible environment for all guests. Where possible, we are happy to make special arrangements and to assist with any queries.

Car parking

Entry to the Racecourse

Blue Badge holders are given forward parking in the car parks, free of charge. These parking areas provide closer proximity to the Racecourse entrances and are subject to capacity on the day. Please request your forward parking space no less than 7 working days prior to the event, by email to accessibility@ascot.com attaching a copy of both sides of your Blue Badge, along with your booking reference.

Guests requiring accessible access can be accommodated at all Racecourse entrances. Once inside, ramps and/or lifts are available to access different areas.

Accessibility Shuttle Operates from the coach and car parks to the bus stops from 10:00–15:00 and 16:30–21:00. Vehicles will be available to transport guests who need the aid of accessibility equipment, such as wheelchairs. Priority will also be given to those who are less mobile.

Sunflower Lanyard Ascot Racecourse is an official partner of the Hidden Disabilities Sunflower Scheme and offers dedicated facilities and support for guests with hidden disabilities. Guests may bring and wear their own Sunflower Lanyard. Lanyards are also available from Ticket Office East and at various entrance points, and you are welcome to keep them for future visits.
