ACCESSIBILITY IN CITYLIFE Viseu A Idea of the design area. The plot is situated very close to the city center, in one way it belongs to it and city center have influence on it. Citizens expected that, furthermore they believed that this area need to be fixed because it's a little bit run down, damaged, unordered and today it's not looks like representative place. The area has a great potential because of these views across the historical part of the city and also because of the good location. The topography of this space is interesting. Nearby is located a school, kindergarten, parquo do Fontelo etc. Idea for that place is to make residential building plus facilities, take

A advantage of topography and keep the views.. Arrangament of urban

system consist of 4 levels. The highest one is intended for recreation and keeps green areas which exist there. Next two levels are for services and gastronomy and has integreated space for citizens. The lowest one are residential buildings, location is more quiet and calm, perfect for that.
