OVERVIEW
This project is a new 24,000 square foot addition to the existing Cardinal Newman High School campus. The new Student Union and Library Building contains a student lounge, learning center, library, cafeteria and multiple offices. Involved from the beginning of the project, I worked with the school board and students to understand their needs and vision for the space and incorporated it into the design. As the primary staff member responsible for the project, I was heavily involved in the Schematic Design, Design Development and Construction Documentation phases of this project. I was also responsible for developing the digital model and producing the architectural drawing sets.

TO MAXIMIZE USE OF THE SKYLIGHT LOCATED ON THE MAIN STAIRCASE, VERTICAL LINEAR GLAZING HAS BEEN PLACED ON THE SURROUNDING INTERIOR WALLS.
