Appointment of Lecturers


Appointment of 2550 lecturers was another revolutionary step taken by the Government . These recruitments qualify the ratio guidelines of UGC and recruitment was done through KPSC selection process. Counselling method for placement helped teachers to choose the place they wanted. The process helped to enhance the quality of work.

Employment fairs Organizing employment méla’s for students of basic sciences and humanities was another step taken by the Education department. Approaching the companies who can provide employment for these students and organizing campus interviews has yielded good results and hundreds of students were benefited by these employment méla’s. Due to Arvind Limbavali’s visionary processes many of the students have been employed today.


Arvind Limbavali’s efforts in bringing qualitative changes in the higher education system by providing better physical infrastructure to the colleges, appointing lecturers and evolving solutions through consultation process made the Higher education sector move ahead. Praise from the parents, academicians and students are well deserved.

The department of higher education has not only provided new colleges, but ensured new buildings, other basic infrastructure requirements such as toilets, drinking water facility, working condition laboratories, good libraries and so on. Provision of the law safeguards every student’s enrolment and there is a zero refusal of enrolment in all 356 Government colleges. Catering to the children of the most deprived class is the motto of Higher Education department; hence, most of the new colleges were started in rural areas. Attracting rural youth to fundamental science was another dictum of the department.
