where A4AC manages the relationship between visual and performing artists and the charities they support, helping all parties get the most out of their collaboration. “We are thrilled to have been selected to reside at the .Zach as we expand our programs into the Greater St. Louis area,” said Terry Barber, internationally acclaimed countertenor and founder of Artists for a Cause. “We are replicating our most successful programs which have had impact in Florida for over five years, bringing them to St. Louis to fill specific needs. We want to thank St. Louis’ great arts organizations that have been very supportive, recognizing the niche we fill. The artists in our network will use their talent to make St. Louis even better, by addressing critical needs like poverty, health concerns and more.”
“We would also like to extend a special thank you to Ken and Nancy Kranzberg for the gift of the .Zack which will be home to so many performing arts companies, a perfect opportunity for our collaborative organization”. Also noteworthy is that Artists for a Cause has received a matching gift challenge from board member Steve Clark and his wife Alison. The Clark’s have pledged $6,000 to match the “Be a Fan” (Fund A Need) gifts received at the event, www.the-arts-today.com
