ig news in the builder community: John Kraemer & Sons, custom builder and remodeler of luxury residences, has become the only firm ever to win the prestigious Builder of the Year award three times. Bestowed by the Builders Association of the Twin Cities and voted on by subcontractors, clients and other BATC members, the accolade recognizes customer satisfaction, trust, communication, loyalty and ethics in business dealings. John Kraemer & Sons earned the award in 2013, 2009 and 1999, and was runner-up in 2008 and 1997.
