Art in Bayfront Park is a free two day event open to the public. Our mission is to bring fine art into the Duluth Community while strengthening and engaging the community in are and enriching lives through art by providing a satisfying, meaningful and rewarding art experience. Art in Bayfront Park brings gallery quality artists from around the country and buyers together in Duluth’s beautiful Bayfront Park. In 2012 Art in Bayfront Park had attendance of 13,000+ people making us the number one attended daily event in Bayfront Park (we surpassed the attendance of the Bayfront Blues Fest and Willie Nelson Concert).

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

All promotional partner contributions are non-refundable. Promotional partner contributions will be used for the expenses the art fair and to support our artists. BOOTH DESCRIPTION if APPLICABLE with the Promotional Partnership My booth's category is (check all that apply): ❑ Service (I will be selling/promoting services at the event, i.e classes, family services, home services)

❑ Corporate brand image creation/enhancement (we will be distributing our product or brochures) ❑ Merchandise (I will be selling items at the event, i.e jewelry, clothing, packaged food) ❑ Free Activity (My booth involves an activity) Please provide a description of the services and/or items you are offering: _______________________________________________________________________________________ _______________________________________________________________________________________ Your booth's offerings must remain consistent with the description as outlined in Point 2 of this contract. Any changes must be submitted in writing and approved prior to the event. Art in Bayfront park will only provide space for your booth. You must provide the tent, table, chairs, etc. Sponsors are responsible for decorating their own booths, including signage. We reserve the right to require the removal of any offensive or inappropriate materials. If banner for stage is applicable with your sponsorship, banner must be delivered to us (or we will pick up) by August 10 prior to the art fair. The festival hours are 10:00am-6:00pm on Saturday and 10:00am -4:00pm Sunday. Tent set-up begins at 12:00pm Friday. Sponsors will be allowed to set up everything else between 6:00am-9:00am on Saturday. Please allow yourself plenty of time for the set up and decoration of your booth. Break-down begins at 5:10pm on Sunday. Your booth must be staffed for the duration of the event. Neither Art in Bayfront Park, it’s affiliates nor the City of Duluth shall be held liable for any injury, loss of property, or damages to property either incurred by Sponsor or caused by Sponsor during the set-up of the event, running of the event or striking of event equipment and materials. Sponsor agrees to hold Art in Bayfront Park, it’s affiliates nor the City of Duluth harmless should any such incident occur. Sponsor, upon execution of this contract expressly releases the foregoing individuals, employees and volunteers from any and all claims for such loss, injury or damage. The sooner you complete this contract and we receive payment, the sooner your free marketing/advertising will begin. We never stop advertising/marketing the art fair. Your logo should be e-mailed or snail mailed to us within 7 days of completing this contract. Logo should be in .tif or .jpg format 300 dpi at least 4” x 6” size. A partner in no way owns, runs or shares leadership with Art in Bayfront Park Art Fair. A promotional partner is a business that would strictly like to gain recognition for their company during our event in the means specified under each partner title.
