CHRISTMAS EXTRAVAGANZA Art at the Heart presents a high quality programme of arts within the RUH for the benefit of patients, staff and visitors. The programme covers the visual arts, music and literature through exhibitions, performances & readings together with participatory workshops for patients and staff.

Mince pies are available during the atrium music performances. Donations are greatly appreciated, money raised will go towards the art programme

TEXTILE workshops

Art at the Heart volunteers will be busy behind the scenes running a handful of textile workshops on the Older Patient Wards. If you have a loved one staying on Combe, Pulteney or Midford please call 01225 824987 to book a place.

drop-in xmas decs workshops

Create While You Wait! Christmas Themed Creative Crafts Oncology Waiting Room, Wed 17th, Thurs 18th, 10am - 1pm All activities are designed to be completed in a fairly short time, 10-15 minutes.

There is no charge for this session, open to anyone visiting the Oncology department including patients, family members, carers and staff.

Performances in the Atrium between 1-1:30pm, then followed by two wards.

Monday 15th December - towpath choir, sea shanty Tuesday 16th December - RUH CHoir Wednesday 17th December - the silver ring choir Thursday 18th December - julia turner, jazz singer friday 19th December - francesca k, vintage singer
