the triggers for these feelings

how you need to behave to support those desired and undesired feelings. within your team/s.

At the end of this process, you / or your leadership team will have a defined a list of what you want your people to feel and not feel at work. Plus you’ll have created a list of the behaviours that you need to live by to foster and suppress those emotions in your people. What motivates your people

What causes your people to feel and not feel their desired and undesired feelings

How they individually need to act to reinforce their desired feelings and negate their undesired feelings.

At the end of this process, your people will have a defined a list of what they want to feel and not feel at work. Plus they will have created a list of the behaviours they need to live by to foster and suppress those emotions.
