ROTATED Shift by one quarter breaks sunlight and creates terrace.

ADAPT TO CLIMATE Researched hot/humid climate requirements and redesigned facade.

SUN

BLOCK DIRECT SUN, ALLOW FOR VIEW The building is exposed to intense western light so the design incorporates refraction and the facade looks like a series of stepped steel walls.

SUN

BALCONIES The balconies are added as an offset to the partitions on the southwest side, providing both views and shade.

TOURISM VILLAGE OF BUSHEHR CLIENT: BUSHEHR MUNICIPALITY BUSHEHR, IRAN COLLABORATOR: Mehdi Baghbani

In this project we held a high respect to the environment. We extended the Hara Jungles while keeping the birds of passage habitat safe and protecting the coves, the best spawning place for aquatic animals. In addition, we turned the swampy beach to sandy beach and created a quiet place for people to enjoy the nature of the Hara without disturbing the natural processes.
