Are you looking for the best idea for window treatments? Just stand in a beautifully decorated room and notice how your eye is drawn to the window. They are inevitably the focal point that sets the tone and the bones of any successful decorating plan. A good set of window treatments does wonders for a room that doesn’t feel complete. That’s where Erika Szente of Beacon Interiors steps in. After many years servicing customers in New York City, Erika brought Beacon Interiors, her renowned window treatment one stop shop, to 19 New Street in Nyack. Now homeowners throughout the Hudson Valley are seeking “that special touch” that separates Beacon Interiors from other window treatment vendors. “Monica Barnwell and I are one of a few women-owned businesses in New York State doing window treatments, wall finishings and closet installations with architects and designers,” says Erika. From stylish shades to blinds and everything in between Beacon Interior’s Showroom has it all. In the Showroom you get to pick out the options that best suit your home.
Erika offers over 30 years of experience as a window treatment specialist, and her choices and advice are invariably on the mark. And if it isn’t in the showroom, Erika will get whatever product you need. Beacon Interiors offers an extensive product line, catering to both residential and commercial customers of all budget levels. “We come to the home or business and take measurements and you can choose the draperies, fabrics, blinds, rugs or shades from our showroom,” says Erika. “We’ll prepare everything in our workroom and then go to your home and business and install everything. We also hold Remnant Sales and Trimming Savings, and we can save you a ton of money on fabrics and trimmings and tassels.” Erika applies her professional skills to many volunteer projects, including participating in three episodes of “George To The Rescue” on TV. “We volunteer with George and his team to work with deserving families to update their homes,” explains Erika. “It is very rewarding to volunteer and help those in need. Our Designer is always Tyler Wisler who is also a Design Star Participant.”
