bouncing off walls to show how gas moves around. He had a passion for understanding how the world worked and teaching others about it through chemistry. He encouraged me to go to graduate school and traveled across several states to see me defend my dissertation. It was a personal connection with somebody who was excited about science that excited me too.” That personal connection drove Dr. Dent to become the teacher he is today.
