SECTIONS OF CURIOSITIES About water‌

I

f you are attentive to the reading you will discover various curiosities and strange things on water and related things:

70% of the Earth is covered with water. However, only 3% is fresh water, and most of the fresh water (2%) is frozen. In a period of 100 years, a water molecule spends 98 years in the ocean, 20 months as ice, 2 weeks in lakes and rivers and less than a week in the atmosphere. Raindrops are not teardrop shape. Using high speed cameras, scientists have found that rather have a flat. Water accounts for 55% by weight of an adult human. And we need to drink about two liters of water a day. A person can survive a month without food, but only up to seven days without water. Most of the water we consume every day from food. 95% of a tomato is agua.TambiĂŠn have a high water content of apples (85%), spinach (91%) or potatoes (80%). It takes 450 liters of water to produce a chicken egg, 7,000 liters to refine a barrel of crude oil and 148,000 liters to produce a car. Finally, at the University of Tokyo have developed a material called elastic water from a mixture of two grams of clay, organic matter and natural water. It is ideal for making medicines and to repair tissues. (Ariadna Ruiz)

urely you are curious to know what you dream, but there are many other interesting facts about the dreams that you will like to know.

Blind people dream, they have lost their sight after birth can see images in their dreams. And people born blind, but also dreams do not see images, dreams involving their other senses such as smell, touch and sound. In addition, we forget 90% of our dreams. In the first 5 minutes after waking, you forget half of your dream, and only 10 minutes to spend 90% of the dream is gone. However, everyone dreams. All humans dream but men and women have different dreams and physical reactions. Men tend to dream more about other men, while women dream as men and women. Although only dream we know, and is natural that our dreams to be filled strangers as part of our vision, your mind does not yet invented their faces, expensive actual people we met throughout our life, but do not remember. But the dreams speak in a deep symbolic language. The unconscious mind tries to compare your dream to something else like this. Despite this, not everyone dream in color: Around 12% of people dream only in black and white. The other dream in color.

So you never have imagined FloridaSecundaria Something is still more curious that people who have stopped smoking, have more vivid dreams. People who have smoked for a long time and have left much more vivid dreams reported normal. Finally, external stimuli invade our dreams, this is known as incorporation of sleep and is likely to experience many have had, when a real sound is incorporated into what we dream. n 2011 more than one million wild camels were roaming Australia's interior. One camel produces approximately 45 kilograms of methane gas annually.

Camel was considered an unclean meat in the Bible, but was highly regarded in Ancient Rome, where grilled camel's feet was a gourmet dish. Both Aristotle and Aristophanes mention it. Young camel is eaten in some North African and Middle Eastern countries, and in Mongolia. During the siege of Paris in 1870, it was listed on the Voison restaurant's

menu.

A well treated and well fed camel can produce 10 gallons of milk a day, which is as much as Holstein cows produce. Camel's milk is about 5.5% milkfat, 7.5% milk solids and 87% water. “The flesh of the camel is dry and hard, but not unpalatable. Heliogabalus (3rd c Roman Emperor) had camels' flesh and camels' feet served up at his banquets. In Barbary, the tongues are salted and smoked for exportation to Italy and other countries, and they form a very good dish. The flesh is little exteemed by the Tartars, but they use the hump cut into slices, which, dissolved in tea, serves the purpose of butter.” (Gloria Vieco)

he bones have calcium and phosphorus. On the long bones there are a soft substance that is the bone

marrow connected to the circulatory system and produces red and white cells. A piece of bone can stand a weight of 9 tons without breaking. The same weight would destroy a piece of reinforced concrete with the same size. The longest bone is the femur (46 cm), and the smaller bone is the ear bracket (2.6 mm). The bones of each person grow until the 25 years old. Moreover, some people have a couple of extra ribs (thirteenth). The bones of the baby's head are not soldiers, they are soft. Babies are more than 300 bones and an older person has 206 bones. These baby's bones are very soft, like cartilage, and will harden when they grow. When we are older, the bones are more fragile. For this reason, when a older person is fall a bone can break more easily. The man has 32 teeth, of which 8 are incisors (for cutting), 4 canines or fangs (to tear), 8 premolars and 12 molars (chewing). The teeth are more easily deteriorate during the first 25 years old. Some babies are born with full denture, like King Louis XIV. The last four teeth are called the trial and did not get to develop some older (25 years). (Ă€ngela Ruiz)

n Wisconsin have chosen a cat as mayor. During the usual workday the 'head' of the city welcomes visitors and inspect the area. He story began when an employee of the mayor fed a

kitten that lived near the administration building. The animal, known as Freddy, soon began to wait to this woman every morning at the gates of the build. The residents of the city wanted the cat and named him the city's talisman. But then they decided to give it a title more important and he was mayor. This city is very peculiar because it has his president, but this is a person. The new mayor has the respect of their neighbors and meet him in the streets is considered an honor. The cars always stop when the cat crossing the street. Another curious story is about chimpanzees. They have better memory than humans. A study in Japan to realized the short memory of chimps and humans. And in the two tests in which they competed won primates. The young chimpanzees, i n test shortterm memory, chimpanzees were far more rapid than humans. In a test three chimpanzees in 5 years they had learned the order of Arabic numerals 1 to 9, and 12 adult human volunteers. The chimp Ayumu was especially surprising. I was well trained because his mother did the tests and he was watching the tasks of her mother. (Ă€ngela Ruiz)

Now Orlando Bloom is one of the ten best actors in the world, because he did the most importants films in Hollywood, for example “Piratas del Caribe”. Now, he has married and he has two children. Also, in 2010 he was awarded an Oscar for the best actor in 2010 and he received an “Oscar” for the good year he has had. In conclusion, you can see that many celebrities started as normal people and that it is important that you always try your best, if you are a famous actor and also if you just serve pizza. When people asked him for the way that he lost his arm, he said "It happened on an island of Hawaii, April 15, 1995, two days after my birthday. I was surfing and a shark bit me", until the face of amazement of the speakers forced him to tell the truth: "Just kidding." In fact, Laue was born with the umbilical cord coil around his body and his arm in the middle. His popularity grew in San Francisco, where the ex-president of USA, George Bush, in a journey to California to visit Arnold Schwarzenegger, went to meet the player. At first, coaches don‟t like him in his teams like Fletcher Arritt, "I said I already had enough problems with guys with two hands. But he comes here, play and everyone wanted he in the team," he says. However, in his last high school year he broke his leg and he ran out of offers from big universities, after a year without playing. Some corals live in symbiosis with some algae and this makes them have to live near the surface so that the algae receive enough light and can carry out photosynthesis. There are also coral reefs are not lonely, and those living in the Mediterranean. Along with its close relative, the sea anemone, corals were the first animals that lived in the sea about 800 million years. If the tertiary had about 4000 species of coral, at present there are an estimated 800 species. Building on a clear night, once or twice a year, usually shortly after the full moon, corals expel the same coral larvae by mouth. The event illuminates the night sea black as the stars light up the sky and cites numerous predators. Those who escape death will settle on the same reef or colonize other funds. Many corals require very delicate living conditions, both related to the depth (brightness) and the temperature, salinity and water purity. These conditions are so delicate that many species have disappeared or are in danger of extinction because of man and his wild and continuous pollution of the planet. In addition, coral reefs are looted and sold as decorative pieces or as a vague memory of foolish tourists. The disappearance of reefs disappear also many species that live in the ecosystem that build reefs. (Quique Martínez) About drugs‌
