Tout commence en 1989 avec la création de l’« Association AREND & FISCHBACH », aujourd’hui un des leaders sur le marché immo bilier luxembourgeois. Le succès du groupe, alliant depuis ses débuts compétences techniques et commerciales, se confirme en 1994 avec la création de Maisons Loginter. Avec 20 ans d’expérience à son actif, Maisons Loginter a acquis une très bonne réputation auprès de centaines de clients satisfaits.
Schon immer waren wir von der Idee fasziniert, Häuser mit einer besonderen Philosophie zu bauen: Häuser in zeitlos-moderner Architektur, ausgestattet mit einer Technologie nach höchsten Qualitätsstandards. Diese Idee haben wir 1989 mit der Gründung des Unternehmens „Association AREND & FISCHBACH“ auf ein solides Fundament gestellt. Seither vereinen wir die Kompetenz in Bauplanung und -ausführung mit kaufmännischer Erfahrung und Sorgfalt unter einem Dach. Heute zählt Arend & Fischbach zu den führenden Immo bilienunternehmen in Luxemburg. Das erfolgreiche Konzept konnten wir 1994 auf das Unternehmen Maisons Loginter übertragen. Ein Unternehmen, das seinen guten Ruf seit nunmehr 20 Jahren einem erfahrenen und versierten Team, sowie dem langjährigen Vertrauen seiner Kunden verdankt.
The idea of building houses based on a parti cular philosophy and entirely according to our own concept has always fascinated us. Houses to feel comfortable in, houses that bring together con temporary but also timeless architecture and the highest standard of technological quality in their construction. In fact, combining our skills in planning, construc tion and commercial prudence was the next logical step, and led to the founding of “Association AREND & FISCHBACH” in 1989, now a leading real estate company in Luxembourg. Evidently, our concept was convincing because from these begin nings, the brand Maisons Loginter evolved in 1994. We owe our good reputation to robust and inno vative planning and development, a well versed, experienced team and the trust given in us by the clients involved.

En 2000, nous avons construit la première maison certifiée passive au Luxembourg en se basant sur le concept du Prof. Dr Wolfgang Feist du « Passivhaus Institut » en Allemagne. Notre priorité est de concevoir des maisons personnalisées et contemporaines qui répondent à des concepts énergétiques optimisés. Nous accordons un soin particulier à l’architecture et veillons à ce que chaque détail contribue au bien-être souhaité par nos clients. Nous donnons vie à leurs projets en privilégiant des matériaux de qualité et des technologies nouvelles.
Unser konsequenter Anspruch ist es, moderne, harmonisch zeitlose und individuelle Architektur mit durchdachten energetischen Konzepten zu verbinden. Alle unsere Häuser leben durch ihre klare moderne und zeitlose Architektur. J edes Haus wird durch unsere Architekten in enger Kooperation mit den Bauherren bis ins Detail geplant. Pläne werden gemeinsam entwickelt und mit den zuständigen Behörden abgestimmt. 3D-Visualisierung der Objekte sind dabei Standard und tragen zugleich zur schnellen Umsetzung bei.

Our architects make sure of this while planning and building a house in close collaboration with our clients, right down to the last detail. Together, they develop the plans and align them with those of the local authorities. For this process, three-dimensional images of the projects are standard and contribute to a speedy implementation.

Pourquoi est-il si agréable de vivre dans une maison passive AAA ? Tout simplement, car il s’agit d’un concept intelligent au niveau de l’isolation thermique du bâtiment et de la récupération de chaleur interne. Les pertes énergétiques à travers l’enveloppe du bâtiment sont réduites au maximum et toute l’énergie produite à l’intérieur de la maison par ses habitants et leurs activités (appareils électro-ménagers, éclairage, etc.) est récupérée et utilisée tout comme l’énergie solaire livrée gratuitement à l’intérieur de la maison à travers les vitrages. Une isolation thermique poussée combinée à une technique intelligente contribuent à ce qu’une maison puisse fonctionner de manière passive.
Warum ist es so angenehm in einem AAA-Passivhaus zu wohnen? Es handelt sich ganz einfach um ein cleveres Konzept, welches die Wärmedämmung und -gewinnung kombiniert. Maisons Loginter setzt darauf, Wärmeenergie im Haus so effizient wie möglich zu nutzen – sowohl die durch Menschen, Geräte oder Beleuchtung erzeugte, als auch die durch Sonnenenergie gewonnene Wärme. Zusätzlich tragen neben einer speziellen Wärmedämmung auch eine intelligente Haustechnik, sowie hochisolierte Fenster- und Türelemente dazu bei, dass das Haus „passiv” arbeiten kann.

What makes an AAA passive house so pleasant to live in? Well, it is the clever con cept combining thermal insulation and thermal gains. There is no longer any heat loss through the walls, but rather heat that is generated by the inhabitants, the electri cal devices and the lighting, as well as warmth from solar energy. Special thermal insulation, the intelligent use of state-of-the-art technology as well as highly insulated window frames and doors make their additional contribution and enable a house to function ‘passively’.
