Actually Hardware/Firmware designer at Arenagiochi s.r.l. Imola on ARM architecture (e.g. PXA255, IMX51), Atmel, Microchip and intel x86 ATOM. From 2002 to 2007: at University of Bologna as Hw/Fw designer and test on low-cost Biosensors based on capacitance, optical (UV absorbance, chemiluminescence) and mass (QCM) measurements. Nov 2003-Nov 2004 at Infineon Technologies – Munich (Germany) One year research in the field of design and test of biochip (CPR lab) Speaker at DATE 2005 (Munich) and at ISSCC 2006 (San Francisco). From 2005 to 2007 Assistant Professor for “Digital electronic circuits” course and “Biosensors” course at the University of Bologna.

Actually software developer and coordinator between HW and SW development at Arenagiochi s.r.l. Imola on ARM architecture (e.g. PXA255) and new Intel platform ATOM. From 2000 to 2002: work for STMicroelectronics as researcher on dry etch process acquiring experience on plasma etching, optical measurements and characterization by mean of SEM and optical microscopy. In 1998 collaborates with University of Ferrara as researcher in semiconductor device for photovoltaic application. Assistant Professor in “Physics I” at Engineer Faculty.
