projects, then create tasks and set deadlines, and add team members and delegate those tasks. We use Asana to stay focused, stay on track and monitor critical projects in a timely manner. Asana is all about organization and integrates with Evernote, Google Drive and Dropbox for attaching notes and project files. Asana syncs with your Google calendar and includes a work chat function which serves as a communication system that encourages work flow between team members and keeps all information and communication completely transparent to the entire team, while eliminating the multiple emails and meetings that keep everyone up-to-date on progress. The best part of it all is that you can see your updates in real-time.

If you’re not already using Dropbox, you should be. Besides being able to access and share your files anywhere, Dropbox will automatically backup files from multiple computers and mobile devices. And the simple act of synchronizing your files is a smart one - any changes made to a file within Dropbox from any of your devices automatically syncs the changes across all devices. We use Dropbox to manage our transactions and often times share the folder with our clients - this can include their property showings data, and CMA’s to name a few. Dropbox also gives you the ability to email documents directly into the Dropbox folder in one step, and then the ability to share that particular file with someone. If you’re ready to make the jump to paperless, then Dropbox might just be tool to get you there.

We all know that a truly great CRM should be able to increase efficiency, organize your leads, create customized reach, and produce real-time data for accurate reporting.
