Buds
Simple buds can be made from elongated cotton balls or spun-cotton bud shapes. Follow the directions for making a Cotton Ball Center with the following exceptions. Cut the paper into a longer rectangle to work with bud shapes. After wrapping the paper over your bud, pinch the paper edges together at the top of one side and fold the piece diagonally and down around the stem, pinching the paper at the stem joint. Turn the piece around and repeat the motion on the remaining side. Pinch any extra paper tightly to the stem, twist, and wrap with tape.
