• WORK PROJECT; The above project is still under construction and i have participated in site management under Arch Design Ltd as proje ct managers in the proje ct`s phase1. It will be called "Pension Towers" and it it will be the new NSSF (National Social Security Fund) building.

THE SITE Himalaya Traders residential complex is located in a great living enviroment along Luthuli Drive. The site is approximately 1800 sq metres, surrounded by a 1.2m perimeter wall with one main entrace gate accessed off LUTHULI Drive. 2.0 m high internal fences creates privacy between the 4 units of 3 bedroomed houses.
