The architecture is contemporary, and draws heavily from the mid-century modern vernacular in a direct reference to the period that gave rise to the original Dorado Beach Resort. Yet the environment and structures are warm and inviting, infused with layers of references to the surrounding natural world and to the many cultures – both ancient and modern – that have influenced life on this unique island. 127 Hotel Keys Mi Casa Restaurant Beachfront Bar Beach Club/Restaurant Historic Surf Room Spa Botanico 96 Beachfront Condos 52 Golf Villas

96 Residences (at Buildout) (2,200 - 4,100 SF) Rooftop Pools Expansive Terraces Outdoor Shower Gardens Retractable Doors State-of-the-Art Kitchens

These luxurious waterfront residences follow the contours of the beach to provide the most complete and private beachfront experience imaginable. The three and four-story structures feature two and three-bedroom units with a rooftop pool and covered living space. Some buildings include a fourth-level penthouse with terraces on three sides to provide outdoor living space to all three bedroom suites. Expansive terraces or balconies for each unit connect to the indoor living spaces with retractable doors, allowing a seamless interface between indoor and outdoor living. The unit plans are designed to give the primary view to the living/entertainment space as well as the master suite in each case. Owners and guests have full access to the many amenities and activities offered at the Ritz-Carlton Reserve.
