Project area: 320,000 m2. The Project Contains 257 Villa, Strip mall 10,000m2, 26 Commercial buildings and Residential apartments, three mosques, 2 Elementary schools. It is one of the most significant Projects in the area of it is kind, The owner wanted something makes a difference In Albukairiah city. It should offer Several options for the customer. We try to make some new treatments and add some Items to the elevations in this project. We made two concepts for the villas with 500m2; each design had the different program.

2015, Residential compound, Riyadh, Saudi Arabia . Residential complexes are considered as a new experience in the Saudi community, there are challenges more, complicated than those we face in the private housing and introducing various activities and interrelations, it should be designed in a manner that is consistent with the community culture so it, respects the customs, traditions, and behavior of Saudi user, which allows us to market the product in better way.. The Saudi user has his special character in dividing the housing, as it is difficult to change this, functional sequence, form blocks with attractive interfaces and benefit from the land efficiently, all of these challenges, I will try to solve through this project. Dually The residential units were finished in a double form "Duplex" so as it provides a greater number of units in the available space, and so that each residential unit is linked directly with the street and has its, private entrances that providing privacy for the Saudi family, all residential units are associated with a garden that is connected directly with it from the back, providing safe and direct accessibleness , it is, dedicated to the complex's residents to contribute to strengthening the residents social ties. 20 residential unit, area: 280 m2 â€“ Interface Width: 10 m â€“ Earth Depth: 28 m - Total of building areas: 378 m2

The Project in Riyadh city, Saudi Arabia. The Project owner is Alatoze Company, Petroleum works. Project area: 5500 m2. The Project owners a wanted a Gas station in the capital city of Saudi Arabia, Riyadh city. They had the location in competitive place, so we needed to make an impressive design and also make a typical model for there company, giving them something represent them in a right way and make them unique.

The Project in Albukairiah city, Qassim, Saudi Arabia . The Project owner is Alwaheby Family. Project area: 5,000 m2. The Project had a complicated Program, and 13 family members under the same roof, they wanted not just home, they wanted a Resort connected to there home with full respecting for the privacy in their community.

The Project in Riyadh city, Saudi Arabia. The Project owner is Alsultan Family. Project area: 500 m2. The Project was designed by another architect, and the owner wanted to change the elevation and see another idea. So, we designed this elevation to him and added some elements like the sun breakers.
08 : Interior Design
2014, Commercial Project, Riyadh, Saudi Arabia . The Project in Riyadh city, Saudi Arabia. The Project owner is New Media Company. Project area: 230 m2. The Project owners a wanted Head office for their company, they wanted it inspired by their logo and their identity. It is a start-up company, so it needed to be resected Head office and in the same time something reflecting their activity, so we try to mix between these component trying to give them what they need.
09 : Cancer Center
2014, Graduation project, Qassim, Saudi Arabia . Center for tumors and researchers. It is part of buildings of Sulaiman Al-Rajhiâ€™s colleges in one of the emerging areas of Qassim, specifically in All Bukaiirriiah province. It is the first medical city in the kingdom ( hours from Riyadh, the capital). It lies within the proper therapeutic environment of renewed local nature that is far from the noise of big cities. The landâ€™s space is 70,000 M2
Vertical rise Is a suitable solution for limited spaces so that gives more spaces available in the same space, and more practical, in terms of function
Adding a social spaces As part of the therapeutic process for cancer patients, spaces with high views has been added, to provide a social environment for the patients, and to provide them with visual contact which will contribute positively to the therapeutic process
The manipulation of configurations of the masses and interfaces So the two masses to be in a reflected overlapping shape . In this way , the sun will not be allowed to enter the building . In addition, the interfaces has been manipulated by using horizontal and vertical Sun-Panels
Functions and activities The hospital divided into three main areas according to the current activities in each area as the following :
- Accommodation area: It includes the internal departments of the nursing units and intensive care units. - Clinical departments: They include the various diagnostic/therapeutic departments - Supporting services departments (medical and nonmedical): They include the supporting medical departments as pharmacy, central sterilization, dead refrigerator â€“ supporting service departments as the kitchen, laundry, stores, and maintenance, etc.
The hospital also includes the following :
- Administrations: The spaces for administrative works and activities. - General areas and movement paths: The public spaces as the hall of main entrance, cafeteria, waiting for spaces and other. Main vertical and horizontal movement paths as roads, vertical corridors or elevators, stairs and slopes of vertical connection between the floors.

10 : Equestrian Club 2014. Design-7, Riyadh, Saudi Arabia .
The project is an integrated club for the equestrian, and itâ€™s different requirements. The Project contains to activities like horse stables and its services, also area for equestrian shows and visitorsâ€™ facilities. The site of a project located at the campus of King Saud University, this site has distinctive properties such as near to sports district. The owner of the project is King Saud University.

From an environmental perspective :
Curved surfaces shade themselves from the sun so that it reduces the level of heating in the building. The curved walls are smooth in its collision with the wind as air passes on the curved surface of the structure in line with its lines, which helps to move the air on surfaces result in a cooling of the building. In prime time, the sun is not vertical to the structure which gives less heating to surfaces
11 : Cultural Center 2013. Design -6, Riyadh, Saudi Arabia .
The organic orientation is a salient feature of this design. The maritime nature inspires the building with smooth lines, soft ribs, and adaptability with the environment in which they live. Water polished stones were resulting in the silky flat configuration consistent with the building environment. From here comes the idea of the design, as the cultural center is the platform for culture and the meeting point of different viewpoints. Through flexible and soft lines, the building reflects society its ability to accept different views, ideas, and orientations and easily engage with them. The building is eye-catching to because it breaks the routine repeated in the region The School of â€œFrank Lloyd Wrightâ€? is considered one of the most famous schools in this orientation

I started Study Model Company in 2014, after my graduation from King Saud University with my partner. We stared the company to serve the designers with the concept models or study models, helping them to find the best design they can make. We tried to make high-quality models at the reasonable price. We think as a designer it is important to have models throw the design process to see what you canâ€™t see on the monitor.
