This project was made for the final exam of the strategy management course, where we had to answer two questions:
1. How could we survive (as a brand) this pandemic crisis, in terms of sales and collections?
Strategically thinking, there are any changes you would suggest us?
2.Why (being in our client’s shoes), you should prefer our brand still in the next future and select it out of all the others?
What could be our Unique Selling Proposition (USP), in your opinion, in the next future?
(each student had to choose an Italian brand)
