1. Initiating business partnership projects for researching and inventing new agricultural products with global standard, as well as launching S-Matrix related products to the ASEAN markets. 2. Initiating Srithai Organic Agriculture Center Network project nationwide that will be an S-Matrix Quality Center. Both knowledge and capability will be developed for owners so that they will become products experts. The front area of these store facilities will also be improved in conformity with appropriate and attractive design standards. 3. Initiating the establishment of the S-Matrix Learning and R&D Center, so that it can be used for the introduction and demonstration of all S-Matrix related products for those interested in the products. The associated standards of business image and credibility will then be upgraded in order to drive the development of this business on a sustainable basis. 4. Launching the Food Matrix supplement products, so that it can be a choice and generate more sales. Marketing scheme will be executed to members running FoodMatrix Express outlets who are distribution representatives at the ‘tambon’ and ‘ampur’ level. Moulds Business Line • It is expected that 2016 sales will be reduced from 2015 since major automotive customers of the Group had transformed car models in 2015, which causes lower demand in new moulds. However, the Group is still looking for new customers to stimulate sales of this business line.
