The development comprise 6 blocks of 15 to 17 storey residential towers, with 616 units. The 2 basements cater to the parking requirements for the entire development. The site levels are divided into 3 tiers, forming an eco-deck with pools and landscape areas. The site section and part-basements developed to minimize the cutting / filling of the soil. The residential development is targeted to cater the young, nucleus family types, and families with kids. The development offers a varied mix of 1-B, 2-B, 3-B, 4-B and Penthouse units.
