1. Business Operation of the Company
The Company offers customers engineering services in connection with designing, developing, as well as being engaged in the production and installation of equipment aimed at improving operation efficiency as well as reducing power consumption. Technologies developed and innovated by LVT are applied for use in companies which require sizing of material in their production process such as those in the cement industry, energy industry, or mining industry. Machines developed by the Company include classifiers which can be applied for improving efficiency of Vertical Roller Mills and Ball Mill. Moreover, the Company through continual efforts to invent and deliver better products is successful in improving the efficiency of Rotary Kiln.
2. Business Operation Involving Subsidiaries and Associate Companies
2.1) LNV Technology Private Limited Registered Capital : Rupees 3,367,350 The Company has entered into business ally with LNV Technology Private Limited in India in 2001. This associate company also operates similar business to LVT’s – providing engineering services and improving efficiency of machinery as well as producing equipment aimed at improving efficiency of operation of machinery and installing such invented equipment onto customers’ machinery, whereby technologies developed by the
