Certikin’s Caldera Scores A Hat Trick Of Awards Certikin is delighted to announce that not just one, not two but three of its top selling hot tubs in the Caldera range – the Cantabria, the Marino and Palatino – have been awarded coveted Best Buy Awards from a leading consumer magazine for spas. “The prestigious awards provide a very powerful selling aid for our dealers. It is difficult for the spa buyer to differentiate from the sea of spas but these awards make Caldera stand out,” said Richard Way, Sales Director for Certikin. The Cantabria stands as the flagship of the Caldera range. This magnificent spa doesn’t need to justify its position as the range topper of the popular Caldera brand – its quality speaks for itself and it is as stunning as it is imposing. A large spa, measuring 2.74m by 2.35m by 97cm deep, it is a true eight-seater with no skimping on space! Its high specification includes 74 powerful water jets, 14 air jets and three 2.5hp pumps plus Spa Frog and Ozone. It comes with

Bluetooth Music as standard and the amazing Ultramassage system which has an electronic sequencer to operate valves that send water to each jet to give up to six different massage patterns and speeds – all without having to move to different positions in the spa. The Palatino seats six adults, features a waterfall and 45 powerful hydro-massage jets. Like the Palatino, the third award winning spa, the Marino, is part of Caldera’s Vacanza Series – a range which promises to deliver a plethora of top quality features at great value. Spacious for six adults, the Marino offers 35 hydro-massage jets to target major muscle groups, a uniquely textured foot ridge (that lets you stay securely in your seat) and an eyecatching waterfall. Leading Leisure Firm Celebrates Anniversary With Plans For Expansion North Wales-based UK Leisure Living has grown significantly over the last four years, and currently employs 12 staff at two sites in Mochdre and St Asaph. Managing Director Gareth Jones has taken an organic approach, introducing a hot tub sales showroom and maintenance service, composite decking and now the revolutionary groundscrew solutions arm, Stop Digging! North Wales and the North West. With plans to push turnover over £2m in the next 12 months and increase the workforce to 20 employees, Gareth’s businesses have enjoyed their “best ever year” of sales and the businessman is looking forward to celebrating the hot tub business’ birthday with more good news in the weeks ahead. “Immediate plans are to keep growing, and we are looking at possible expansion of the premises, but ultimately our vision is to continue supporting the tourism and leisure economy in North Wales and retaining our position as one of the biggest hot tub retailers in the UK,” said Gareth. UK Leisure Living now has tubs on display in Abergele and Porthmadog at satellite locations and is looking for Stop Digging! installer partners in the north west, Cheshire and Shropshire. The decking side of the business is also booming, and Gareth plans to take on five staff to meet demand in that area over the next two years. “Between these three areas of the business it’s a very exciting time,” said Gareth, a qualified civil engineer and youngest ever President of the Federation of Master Builders. “They all complement each other and give us a very positive outlook for the future because we are not reliant on one sector to supply all of our income.” UK Leisure Living 0845 034 3550
