Key activities in an internal audit process

Internal auditing is a process by which an organization examines and evaluates its business processes to check whether it comply with all the internal and external requirements of the industry standards or not. The management:

Process report: Once the above activities are carried out the reports are presented to the stakeholders with the written checked observations and a list of non-conformities. Based on the report delivered the lateral matters will be discussed between the auditor and the manufacturer for implementing corrective actions.

Final verification: The manager of the process is usually asked to respond to test nonconformities and take corrective actions as per the requirement, and once they are carried out it is being notified to the lead auditor. At this stage, the lead auditor or a team member will verify that the corrective action has been fully implemented and the main cause of the original nonconformity has been eliminated or not.
