Ashley Connor Blog 7 How does one get back on track with your semi-healthy lifestyle after you break? Recently I broke off my diet and trying to get back on it has been a struggle with I have done it. Valentines days is always the worst eating day for me. On my VDAY I went out to dinner had a huge burger then went home to pig out on my seeâ€™s candies chocolate. But the badness did not stop there the whole weekend I ate bad. I have noticed that once a diet is broken it is horribly hard to get back into the swing things. So with that being said I have a few tips that help me get back into eating healthy and working out. 1. Track your progress or de-progress. This will help you stay motivated to your goal. 2. Have a treat day not a weekend. Treat yourself to a guilty pleasure but do not get stuck in that one eating habit. ( Even though it is the most difficult thing ever!) 3. Make exercise and healthy food fun. For Example, food coloring to some smoothies always spice things up, or try different workout classes for fun> 4. Make health a lifestyle not temporary living.
