Understanding the Definition of Health-related Fitness
Being a Physical fitness and health Professional, it is my job to know terms and definitions which are commonplace to this industry, at the same time to keep abreast of evolving trends. Through my experience, I have discovered that a number of terms deserve more clarification than that that they are granted.
Aside from clarifying the definition of Medical Fitness, this article plans to shed some light over a few of the associated terms, also to show their respective distinctions.
