BPOS - Probably the most Overlooked Profit Center in Real Estate

Realtor BPO REO Real Estate Foreclosure Ok I am going out on a limb i know however i dare point out that the title of this article is very factual that BPOs have been one of or even Probably the most overlooked Profit Centers within the Real-estate business.

Being an experienced REO and BPO Realtor for over 12 years We have ran into many Realtors and Brokers that have said a lot of things concerning the business I'm in everyday, Oftentimes I recieve retail Agents or Brokers who arrived at me asking how you can enter the REO business. On the other hand rarely if get somebody who asks "How can I start doing BPOs?". Why? Well I'll dare to express that they just are certainly not that sexy. We all want to be the next REO King or Queen but who would like to certainly be a BPO agent? Fact of the matter is doing BPOs is just how I broke to the REO business and to today the BPO is a big a part of my company model.

But ok listed here are exactly what the Objectors say:

I once did BPOs however i was simply sick and tired with seen for $30-50 here and $30-50 there. It is not worthwhile!!!

My response is NOT Worthwhile!!! Seriously??! Do you find it worth the cost if you made a supplementary $25,000-$100,000+ per year just from the BPO business?

Am I being serious? What supports those numbers? Answer is My company does. Yes you heard right daily I process usually over 10 BPOs every day more than 50 weekly and over 300+ per month. In the end expenses of my system I make over $5000 30 days net and also over $60,000 12 months net from my offer.

When we inform me they just want the REO Listings or that doing BPOs is really a waste of time I truly feel that they aren't the Agents or Brokers which have the required steps to really make it within the default servicing industry. Why? Because they are unwilling to venture to any length to break into or live in the company. They need the big checks, they want the awards from thier toted RE/MAX, Keller Williams or National Brand.

What they may be missing is a big opportunity to support thier existing businesses and propel thier name to the default servicing industry. My services are seeking to change that a bit, one agent during a period.
