Syracuse, NY Fall 2016 Innovason Quarter Urban Plan In collaborason with Megan Baker & Davey Bullard The need for variety and easy availability of food is recognized in the Innovason District in Syracuse. The project aims to create a food hub by connecsng, renewing and developing. Programs are planned to liven the neighborhood with new avors, comprises of culinary insstutes, restaurants, and food museums.

Syracuse, NY Fall 2016 Culinary insstute and Food incubator A performance-driven courtyard building is designed to meet the requirements of a food hub: louvers allow glare free kitchen spaces; planted trellis create spasal experiences and sun spaces enable thermal comfort and self shading.

Mumbai, IN Spring 2015 Canopy, seasng, walkway Designed and built the installason by studying the bers of a reindeer’s eye. The construct responds to human touch by twissng and untwissng, the way the bers react to light. It explores the complex networks of the bers and understands their interdependence upon ssmulason.

04 FART FACTORY Site: Year: Program:

Syracuse, NY Fall 2015 Cow show area + Park Cows release up to 40kgs of methane everyday that gets added to the greenhouse gases in the atmosphere. This project is based on an exissng technology that uses plassc bags to capture methane from cows’ intessnes and is later used to harness electricity. By increasing the scale of the inatable bag, its spasal potensal and relasonship with humans is explored po in the context of Syracuse State Fair.
