Club at Dixon Mills

There are many levels that someone can experience a sense of community. A sense of community is one of those basic essential human experiences that we need for our well being. This feeling is alive and well throughout Dixon Mills. Here at the Lifestyle Center, one of our goals is to bring people together to share different activities that promote a healthy, energizing environment and a positive outlook that will spread to everyone. All of our classes and events are specifically focused with this philosophy. Most of us are overworked and overwhelmed by our busy daily lives. It is important to take time to socialize with neighbors, exercise to reduce stress, and cherish a few quiet moments of relaxation that allow us to stay focused and centered.

Special Programs New Class Schedule! This month The Club at Dixon Mills welcomes new instructors and a new schedule. We added Cardio Boot Camp with Gabi on Monday night to start your week out right. Adrienne will be teaching a medium flow yoga on Tuesday night that incorporates aromatic lotions and personal adjustments to enhance your experience. Personal Trainer & Group Fitness Instructor, Robin, will do Boot Camp at 8:00pm on Thursday. A new Circuit Training Class on Saturday morning with Brian who will combine plyometrics that will sculp the body and define muscles. Trust our fitness professionals to get you into shape!

Sunday, February 14th, 10:00am-1:00pm Yoga veteran Sarah Marsh and the Floryoga staff return to Dixon Mills for a special Valentine’s Day Yoga Workshop for partners. This class will feature a combination of Thai Yoga Massage and deep relaxation techniques. Join us in the lounge after for a light and delicious brunch. Guest Pass fees will be waived for the day for whoever you choose to be your partner. *Advance sign up for both partners is required.

Friday, February 19th, 7:30pm Broadway veteran, Tracy Everitt, who starred in the original “West Side Story” on Broadway, will host a special night of Salsa dance lessons. Tracy and his assistant, Jay, who dances in a Salsa Troupe in NYC, will go through all in the basics in a professional way in a fun environment. Tracy & Jay recently guest starred on the hit show “Cake Boss”, where they taught salsa, tango ,and swing dance to cast. Don’t miss this!
