He graduated in composition , with honors and praise, at the Conservatorio " G. Puccini" of La Spezia , under the guidance of Maestro Andrea Nicoli . He also obtained the two-year specialization at the same Conservatory and always with top marks . He graduated with a degree in piano at the Musical Institute "L. Boccherini " of Lucca , under the guidance of Prof. Clara Cesa . Graduated in History of Modern and Contemporary Music , with top marks and honors from the Faculty of Letters and philosophy of the " Università degli studi” of Florence, under the guidance of Prof. Franco Piperno . In 2005 , in the series " I quaderni della labronica" was published in Livorno his essay "Carlo Della Giacoma and Pietro Gori " , about the Italian music at the turn of the nineteenth and twentieth century. Selected by M ° Giorgio Battistelli has participated in the Masterclass for Composers held by Klangforum Wien, during the Festival of Contemporary Music of the 51st Biennale of Venice. Selected Composer by Ostava days 2009 Institute ( Czech Republic ), his music has been performed at the Concert Hall in Ostrava during the Festival of Contemporary Music " Ostrava Days 2009." In July of 2011 with his composition " La leggenda del nocciòlo e del caprifoglio " , for instruments and voice , has won the " National Arts Award 2011" ( Prize by Ministry of University and Research, president of jury: Giacomo Manzoni ). In September 2012 several of his compositions have been performed in L'Aquila during the Festival " Musica Futura", organized dall'ISMEZ (Institute for the musical development of the South ) and the Presidency of the Council of Ministers to develop the best Italian talents for music .
