BE MOM

C O N C E P T S TAT E M E N T — Be mom is inspired by the cycle of the butterfly. Which goes through four stages. Beginning to be an egg until the butterfly leaves. For this reason, it will be a space that inspires users to grow and be born through the harmonization of mind, body, and spirit. The facilities will attract people who will try to improve their life and general well-being with their new partner and will begin their new cycle. Space will resemble a forest after the rain; where everything is exposed, refreshed and vibrant.

PHÅN YÎM

C O N C E P T S TAT E M E N T — Set on the edge of the ocean between the Railay Beach and Phi Phi Islands, Phan Yîm is a hidden refuge, rejuvenating and peaceful. The hotel reflects on its privileged location by adopting the predominant use of locally sourced materials, together with careful integration of indigenous motifs, forms, and elements.   Crafted out of local materials, Phan Yîm maintains a true sense of place. Keeping things pure, its restaurants use fresh produce from nearby farms and spices from its own garden; the resort’s spa uses only the highest quality organic products. The result, a harmonious balance between the clean, contemporary lines of the architecture and the soothing tones and textures of the internal and external finishes and finishing.

TROY’S RESIDENCE

C O N C E P T S TAT E M E N T — This project is located in the city of Sarasota, Florida, in which the inspiration for this project is the novel and the Sarasota of Architecture. The arrangement of the dwelling is intended to convey the comprehensive nature of the residence.   The house is an open space so that the outside nature can be integrated into the interior of the house. Based on one of the inspirations, the Sarasota of Architecture, the residence will have flat roofs, in the public part of the house it will have a double-height, to create a visual effect; and in the private part of the residence, the height will have a lower ceiling. In the back of the house, there will be glass panels to obtain the nature surrounding the interior.   The typical materials that will be used are wood that represents earth since it is in the novel its filmed in the environment. Fire, which represents the romance and blood of vampires. Wind, the speed of vampires. Water, based on the location of the house. Other materials that will be used, marble, glass, and colors, will be used in the four elements of the environment. Located in Sarasota, FL
