When people don’t have an opinion or know what they want — a most frustrating challenge. “That doesn’t get me out of bed in the morning,” he sighed. What makes him most proud? When someone says to him, “I’d never guess that house had your signature on it.” “When a colleague or friend doesn’t know I’d been there, that’s the greatest compliment,” said Keith. “Because the house should echo the people inside it, not me.” ■
