Plans and Platform: (State your plans and platform for AECES, particularly leaning towards the role of the position you are running for.) Improve and provide project management experience for members- Giving more time for members to get to know the processes of OSA will help better implementation of projects and smoother flows for project proposals and approvals. This will also help members to learn the hectic process and to help them in serving the organization better. By these I hope to help members to avoid ignorance in processing business with different LS offices. Balanced number of projects in 1st Semester and 2nd Semester- As advised by the outgoing VP for SP the projects under the Special Projects department are a little bald in the first semester. As advised it would be better to put events such as AECES got talent in the first semester to avoid hectic schedule of events in the 2nd semester. Support for AECES Dance Crew- It would be better if ADC would have an organizing head and logistics head. By doing this, ADC will become more structured. Also, it would be better if ADC had a job order so that the members won’t cram a week before the said event. Improving this will help in the externalization of the organization. Create more social events for the organization – One of the expected of the Atenean organization is to promote social awareness and to at least help, since we are men and women for others. One of my plans is to create projects in this context. Continue the thrift and proper usage of money if events- By maximizing utility by spending less, it can help the org to use the money to on other events. Since SP is a spending department, it is best to be thrift in this department.


What is my vision for AECES? (Guide Question: How do you envision AECES in five or ten years? How would your vision become a reality?) My vision for AECES is to become an awarded organization and an organization with stable projects that can be implemented every year and are open to tie ups with other orgs. I see this coming true by 1) Creating projects leaning towards helping others to open the possibility of garnering an award. 2) By training the members on how to implement projects to create a more stable transition for the organization. 3) By improvement of past projects. 4) By creating more avenues for bigger projects to create more tie-ups and for better externalization.
