All of our cheesecakes are made with a crunchy Digestive and butter base and a Vanilla cream and cream cheese blend unless stated.

Zesty Lemon Meringue

Our signature vanilla cream is layered with a zingy homemade lemon curd and topped with more of the same and a crispy meringue.

Cookies and cream

Oreo cookies are blended with digestives to form its distinctive dark coloured base, our vanilla cream is then mixed with more another helping of blitzed Oreos and finally topped with another layer to give a great big hit of the world’s favourite cookie.

Belgian White Chocolate

The smooth, sweet, delicate white chocolate cream is finished with a white chocolate lattice and topped with a white chocolate strewn strawberry.

Blackpool Cinder Toffee

Our vanilla cream is interspersed with pockets of our favourite cinder toffee (or honeycomb if you’re not from round these parts) and topped with sweet rocks of the same.

Black Cherry and Dark Chocolate

Our vanilla cream is peppered with shavings of rich dark chocolate and topped with a luxuriant, thick black cherry compote and curls of more dark chocolate. Seriously decadent.

Rocky Road

High quality melted Belgian Chocolate is combined with the vanilla base and then topped with generous helpings of sweet treats. Not just for kids, it’s for big kids too!

Other flavours we have made include Dandelion and Burdock, Scotch Whisky and Marmalade, Mint Choc Chip, Jack Daniels Caramel, Honey Rum and Raisin, Millionaires, Toffee Apple, Banoffee, Strawberry Sundae, Pimms, Cherry Bakewell, Rhubarb and Custard, Raspberry with Black Pepper and fresh mint, Ferrero Rocher and many, many more including special cheesecakes for Valentines Day. Easter and Christmas specials such as Advocaat and white chocolate or Terry’s Chocolate Orange.

Lime and Ginger Zinger

Ginger nuts are blended with digestives to make the perfect base. We then blend our vanilla cream with freshly squeezed lime juice, fresh Lime zest and finely chopped stem ginger and top it with some more chopped ginger, lime zest and a dash of ginger syrup for a refreshing “grown up” cheesecake.
