Blocks of joy is a modern house located in urban area.The idea is to make a modern, minimalist house which is rensponsive to the climate. Trees are planted around the house as wind breaker and shading to the house. Windows and ventilations are designed to maximize the use of natural light and air 1


TANJUNG BEMBAN STADIUM BUILDING STRUCTURE SYSTEM ROOF There are 2 different materials that is used for the stadium roof.One that is transparant, and the other is solid. The reason is to give maximum comfort to the spectators. The roof will protect supporters from heat and rain but still give enough light that still can panetrate through the transparant material

STEEL STRUCTURE & ETFE Steel as the main stuctural material making it possible to make a smooth curve that is wanted and give a more modern feel to the space. ETFE as transparant material enable natural lights to come in especially in spectators sirculation area.

SPECTATORS STANDS There are 3 levels of stands Main access: Level 1 through ground floor Level 2 through 3rd floor Level 3 through 5th floor

Site area: 33ha Facility: Stadium, supporting building (hall, multifunction rooms, parking area, open space Capacity: +63.000 spectators

SITE & CONCEPT According to FIFA’s regulation about stadium location, this site have all the requirements needed to build a stadium. Located in the coastal area of Tanjung Bemban, it has easy access to airport, harbor, hospital and other facilities. The concept is to make national standard stadium that will become locals pride with its local identity

Kotagede is categorized into 7 block based on its development priorities. Block 1 is the main priority, this block is the center of the activity with Pasar Legi Kotagede as the trading center. The purpose of this project is to bring back Kotagede’s image and ambiance; by following the preservation principles but also considering the need. Designing to improve the quality of the environment without decreasing the cultural value. 5

SISTEM PASAR LEGI In the days of Pasaran Legi, temporary sellers come around to sell (mostly birds) in Kotagede. Almost everytime in Hari Legi so crowd causing bad traffic all along the roads. The solution is to widen the terrace to facilitate all the temporary seller who only come in hari legi. In normal days, this place will be used by the greengrocer from 5 to 10am.

Cilegon is a city located in the westernmost point of Java island, with a total area of 17.550 km². This city is known as Kota Baja (Steel City) because of the existence of the big insdustrial estate area, Krakatau Steel. Since 46 years ago, this industry gives so much impact to the city's development. As a result of the existence of this industrial area, the city of Cilegon have great potential to develop industrial education tourism as one of the main tourist destination. Steel Industry Museum is a response to the potential of the city. The Steel Industry Museum is expected to be a place that is able to introduce the steel industry thas has existed in the city since a long time ago and become educational tours for everyone.

Arch represents non industrial characteristic.This shape continues from temporary exhibition building to main exhibition building that is non industrial zone. Tipical steel industry building is the character that express industrial side.

The museum tell about Cilegon Steel Industry. It shows people about the industrial area, ambience and work situation. Visitors will see how the steel is produced by Cilegon Steel Industry from the production process untill become different types of steel that will be processed by other industry such as automotive, construction etc and used by the society. The museum has 6 main exhibition type with different activities to give visitors more excitement rather than only seeing or feeling the same thing in the whole visit. There are industrial and non industrial space characters that is created through different space form, color, material, structure and any other supporting FROM LOBBY aspect. EXIT
