My Objective: Coordinate my marketing with MacArthur Sotheby's so together we can provide the most advanced online presence for Sellers and property information for Buyers. What to Expect from Me: Although the internet may produce many leads, I feel it is then up to the Agent on how they respond to the lead. It is important to keep all parties involved in a transaction aware of the status of the transaction also. I currently have over 600 buyer's that I am following up with. You can expect the following from me: Buyer Leads: Within 10 minutes of receiving lead, follow up via phone call and/or email. Place in email campaign. The Buyer's I work with love my quick response time and follow up. Sample of 1 of 50 emails sent to Buyers: By now you have received some e-mailed properties matching your search. Are you happy with your current search criteria? Let me know if I can adjust anything for you. I can make arrangements to show you any of the homes you are receiving information on or any homes listed for sale in the Multiple Listing Service. I can also provide you with more in depth information on any homes listed for sale. Please call me at your convenience if I can be of assistance at any time. Sellers: Provide a CMA and Pre Listing packet within 24 hours of receiving the lead. Sample of 1 of 40 emails sent to those that request CMA: I wanted to check back with you to see if I could offer you any additional information on the housing market or refinancing options. There are some tremendous loan programs available right now. Please let me know if I can assist you with any of your real estate needs.

What you can expect

Escrow: Provide all necessary documents in a timely manner. Promptly respond to escrow questions regarding transaction. Closely monitor timeline to have an on time closing. Broker-In-Charge: Keep Broker-In-Charge aware of status of transactions. Immediately address any concerns a transaction may have such as Legal issues, etc. Listing or Buyers Agent: Communicate with Agent throughout the Real Estate transaction, so there are no 'surprises" and insure a successful closing. Lender: Keep Lender informed of transaction and progress.
