LEVEL 1 OPEN MARET, OPEN KITCHEN Following with the root of the community planning method, Garden City model, some of the residence in the community have continue growing their own plants and raising animals. People will share and sell food on the street within the town. In order to bring in a closer connection, the Open Market gathered the venders together. Not only sharing fresh food, but also bringing in people’s relationship by preparing dishes. Open kitchen provides a space for people where they can cook by themselves with ingredient they bought from the vendors around. The space is open to above to the restaurant level 3. It not only takes advantage of gaining sunlight, but also continues the architecture arch-window language from exterior. A bridge is connecting the two building from the open market level to the rooftop dining area.
