Use existing databases or websites to find people who have tried to initiate some improvements or tried to start the process, but who have not had an opportunity until now. Be open and accessible! Assist participants during their education – help them to find the information needed or give advice. Establish confidence in them!

Maintain relationships Keep in touch with actors after the education course, and ask for feedback. Be flexible! If you see that the group does not have a common language, try to find an opportunity to organize bilingual groups in several languages.
